your order and provide us with payment and
delivery details.

All prices listed on our website are in
Australian Dollars (AUD)
Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in
Melbourne. We aim to deliver all items
within 7 working days from the date the
order was placed. If you do not receive your
goods within 12 working days please contact
our office on 03 9585 0130.
If you require a
more accurate delivery time please contact
our office on the above mentioned number for
a quote.
If we are unable to supply your order we
will contact you within 2 business days to
notify you.
We will organise to supply your
order at a later date or offer you a full
refund.
Shipping & Costs
Our delivery charges are based on volume and
weight of order. Each item has an allocated
freight charge of either $5, $10 or $15 for
delivery Australia wide.
If your order contains more than one item
you will be charged a single freight charge
for the largest single item in your shopping
cart. Therefore, smaller items will be
delivered free of charge, when placed with a
larger order.
If your purchase contains any of our
furniture items your freight figure will be
shown at “TBA”.
In this event we will contact
you to organise delivery with our preferred
courier service.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post
with the exception of orders that exceed
Australia Post’s size and weight
requirements. In the event that we cannot
use Australia Post to deliver your parcel we
will use our preferred courier service.
We are unable to process orders for delivery
outside of Australia from this website. For
International orders please contact our
office on +61 3 9585 0130 so that we can
provide you with a freight quote.
Returns & Damages
If your purchase is damaged in transit
please contact us immediately. We will
arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
We will also reimburse you for any further
costs incurred to you for postage etc.
Please lodge your claim within 5 days of
delivery to ensure your claim is recognised.
If you purchase an item that you believe to
be faulty, please contact us immediately.
We
will issue you with a Returns and Repairs
number to return with the goods.
We will
then arrange for a replacement to be sent,
once the goods have been deemed faulty.
We
will reimburse your credit card with any
costs incurred by you for postage etc.
